i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience.
ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar Works of Tk 6.00 Lac in a single tender during last five (05) years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.10.50 lac. Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 7.00 Lac supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v)All papers shall have to be upto-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vi)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers (attached with the tender) is to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer
vii) Tenderer must have upto date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electric licensing board.
viii) The tender sucurity shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or BG issued by a sheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
xi) Authority preserve all rights to accept or reject all tender without any cause.
