a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. b) The specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of similar nature, complexity and method/ construction technology: shall have successfully completed 01 (one) contract within the last 05 (Five) years (The year counting from the date of Publication of Invitation of Tenders in the News Paper), with a value of minimum Tk. 100.00 Lakh (One Crore BDT) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies. Work completion certificates should be submitted in CPTU prescribed format with documentary evidence. The works completion certificate shall have to be issued by the respective PE c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 170.00 Lakh (One Crore Seventy Lakh BDT) over the best Three (3) years of last Five (05) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 85.00 Lakh (Eighty Five Lakh BDT)
