a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation:
B. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 03 (three) Years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization:
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 39.00 lakh under 02 (two) contract in the last 03 (three) Years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilites of TK.44.00 lakh (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8); The amount written in the bank solvency certificate should be deposited in the respective account number till the date of assessment.
(IV) Up-to date Valid Trade License.
(V) Up-to-date income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate:
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company):
(VIII) Sample [Each 200 gm Mushur Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
