Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned bellow: 1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience. 2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of lift of MAC PAURSA Brand valued not less than Tk.22.0 (Twenty two) Lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. 3. The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk [33.00 ( Thirty three) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years. 4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 20.00 (Twenty) lac supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. 5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate 6. Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. 7. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MAC PAURSA Brand) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer. 8. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (MAC PAURSA) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
