TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk.2,70,00,000/- (Two Crore Seventy lac) Only over the last 05 (Five) years, (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal).

NB: Payment received Certificate for Construction works, Issued by relevant Procuring Entity(ies) will be considered as construction turnover

Information must be submitted according to the Form 3 attached at section 8

TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.70,00,000/- (Seventy Lac ) Only

--Tender shall demonstrate the resource sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts /contractual commitments, in case, participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entity (ies).
-Bank Statement of day end closing balance / credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than 28 (twenty-eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for the Contract.
-Working capital - authenticated by recent past Audit Reports
Credit facilities authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account
-Credit line -authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified (Form PW2a-3) without alteration.
-Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28(twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender for this Contract.

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.85,00,000/- (Eightty Five Lac ) Only

TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. Tk. 210,00,000/- ( Two crore Ten Lac Only) Only

The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity
Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)

N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)
Note 2: In case of JV tender capacity requirement for leading partner shall be minimum 40% and for other partners shall be minimum 25%.

The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. Tk. 2,80,00,000/- ( Two crore Eighty Lac ) Only

TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor is 5 (Five) years.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology(specially Construction of Khal Regulator) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 210,00,000/- ( Two crore Ten Lac Only)

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor is 5 (Five) years.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology(specially Construction of Bituminus carpting works (Flexible Pavement) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,25,00,000/- ( Two crore Twenty Five Lac Only)
