Eligibility of Tenderer :	Bangladeshi National All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. 1. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (five percent) less/above than the Engineer's Estimate as per RHD Rate Schedule/2015, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates otherswise the quoted price shall not be considered for evaluation. 2. The Recommendations are suggested by the Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU), IMED, Ministry of Planning vide memo no. IMED/CPTU/Rules and Regulations/262/2011-1192 shall be considered for tender Evaluation. 3. In case of JVC Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement etc) in favour of percent share among the all Joint Venture partners 4. Tenderer must submit the ownership/lease documents/agreements of their plants & equipments.
