Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.Tenderer must have up to date trade license, VAT and Income Tax return certificate, Bank solvency certificate. 2.Tenderer have up to date member with FBCCI and up to date license withDepartment of Inspection for Factories and Establishments. 3. Tenderer shall submit a satisfactory completion certificate of similar works of at least 3.00 (three) crore under 1 no. of contract over a period of 4 years. 4. Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 20.00 (twenty) lakh. 5. Tenderer must have similar works of supply of at least 50 (fifty) personnel’s under 1 no. of contract over a period of 4 years. 6. Any other as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Note: Manpower will be supply as per instruction of Project Director Contract Signing amount will be decrease for project duration and Implementation Tenderer will be select as per Qualification and Experience
