1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 40.00 lakh under 04 (four) of contracts over a period of last ten years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 26.00 lakh best five years over last ten years 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 lakh only. 5.Tenderer may be asked for analysis If required, or performance security may be increased in case of much less.
6. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments. 7. Experience as a subcontractor will not be taken into account. Â
