1. Satisfactory completion of any type of civil works (Maintenance/Construction) of at least BDT 5.00 Lac under 5 of contract over a period of 5 years shall be required in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation.

2. Before submitting the tender the bidder are requested to carefully read the following condition :

There are five Schedule of Works and hence there will be five Commencement Letter, each will be for each Schedule of Works. The amount will be written accordingly. Before the last date of each working schedule (Completion Date) written in the Commencement Letter, the Engineering in Charge will issue Satisfaction Letter/Completion Certificate, with the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge next Commencement Letter will be issued. Also Commencement Letter will be issued according to the necessity of the work. In each Commencement Letter the required completion time will be specified in such a way that all schedule will be completed within the Contract Period. Payment may be made after issuing each completion certificate.

3. The Tenderer/ Bidder Trade Liscense Address, TIN, VAT and E-gp address should be matched with each other. Without missmatched in these address the Bid/Tender shall be cancelled automatically.
