1. Minimum 5 (five) years general experience in Civil construction works. 2. A satisfactory Completion of similar nature of new Building Construction/Vertical extension works at least Tk.85 lakhs under single contract(s) over a period of 3 (three) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.125 lakhs over the last 3 (three) years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.30 lakhs, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender and contract forms. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.100 lakhs,Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. 6. The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 7. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
