(a) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS, PCC & Section 09 of the “Document” Tab.
(b)The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10 years.(c) Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) Under Ground Water Reservoir of minimum value Tk. 40.00 lac and Pond Excavation work of minimum value Tk.40.00 lac in the same/another contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.
(d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk.160.00 lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In case of JV, the JV agreement Documents must be submitted along with respective payment certificate otherwise the payment certificate will not be considered.
(e) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.80.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the FormPW 2a-3) in Original form, which must be unconditional.
(f) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum tk 120.00 lac.
(g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board GOB (v) Time Bound Work program in Bar chart
