Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka One lac (1,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7). 02. The Tenderers whose trade license (2022-2023) valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender. 03. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. 04. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 05. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender. 06.
