The Tenderer must mention supply items technical specification and country of origin. 6. Tenderer must submit Picture of Offer items 1,2 & 3 and TEC may ask provide sample during evaluation for ensuring quality. 7.The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
