1. Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organizations. Document in support of 5 years general experience should be submitted.
2. Minimum 1 (one) number similar nature goods (Electrical Goods) supply completion experience of value not less than Tk 15.00 ( Fifteen) lakh in a single Notification of Award ( NOA) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization in last 5 (five) years ( both NOA and Completion Certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Equivalent Officer must be submitted. All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portal).
3. Liquid asset/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than 15( Fifteen) lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific FORMAT( PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition must be submitted. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
4.Tender Security is Tk 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand) to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.
Conditions
a. Sample of each and every item as per instruction must be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before delivery of goods.
b. Goods to be delivered to Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet.
