The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 25, 00,000.00(Twenty Five Lacs) under 01(One) of contract(s) over a period of 05(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75,00,000.00(Seventy Five Lacs) over the last 05(Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20,00,000.00(Twenty Lac).
