Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/Shipyard. 2. Tenderer must have 05 (Five) years General and 05 (Five) years specific experience from Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization in docking & docking related repair works/construction of Dredger/Tug/Barge/ Buoy Tender Vessel etc. 3. Must have NOC as Dockyard / Shipyard from the Department of Shipping. 4 Qualified & experienced Technical Personnel (Mechanical Engineer/Naval Architect). 5. The tenderer shall have Bank Solvency Certificate (Sanctioned credit line facilities) of at least Tk.120.00(One Hundred twenty) lakh. 6. Other required eligibility and condition of the tenders as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
