Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor who have comply the following condition:- (a) The Tenderer must have minimum 05(five) years general experience in Sub-station & Generator supply & installation works in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.(b) Experience in successful completion of at least 02 Nos of minimum 500 KVA Sub-station with H.T & L.T cable and necessary related accessories in a single contact amounting Tk 130.00 lac within the last 05(Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. Certifying authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer.(c) The tenderer must possess and submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate & ABC category Electrical Contractor and Supervisory license, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.(d) The required Average Annual turn over shall be grater than Tk 150.00 lac during last 05(five) year in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization, Proven the Average Annual turn over must enclose work completion certificate/payment certificate uploaded in a single folder. (e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 75.00 lac to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2A-3 from. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.(f) The tender capacity shall be Tk 150.00 lac. The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. The tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.(g) Stern action will be taken against the contactor incase of any fraudulent practices.(h) PE can right reserve reject/cancelled any or all Tender without assigning reson.Strickly prohibited the front loading and other eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the TDS.
