TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 80.00 lac.

A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 190.00 lac under 01 nos of contract over a period of 05 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp web portal.

Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:

1.Trade license (updated).
2. Requisite successful completion certificate from employer on relevant works.
3. Latest VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Income tax certificate with updated tax clearance and return slip
4. Nationality certificate
5. Litigation history (if any)

7. For Turnover Calculation payment certificate will be considered only. experience certificate or others certificate will not considered for turnover calculation.

8. All information regarding running work should be submitted properly. if anyone hide any running work information and that is found during tender evaluation the tender will be non responsive. This will be treated as fraudulant practice of the bidder.Tender capacity information should be submitted in PW2A-2B format.

9. The bidder should submit manpower list and equipment list related to this work.
