The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 83 lakh over the last 5 years 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35 lakh .Use standard format in case of line of credit. 4. Tender Capacity Tk 91 Lakh. Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase. (b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unrealistic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
