Eligibility of Tenderer :
Must be a Bangladeshi IT/ITES firm having up-to-date valid trade license,
Up to date income tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
The tenderer shall have a minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of web and mobile based applications/software/e-government/eService solution on govt. or private organization. The organization must have any web/mobile based software/application project value TK.14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh and need to provide the proof documents.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods is minimum Tk. 14, 00,000.00 (Fourteen Lakh) under a single contract in the last 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
Need to have minimum 5 full time ICT personal for this assignment (need to provide CV).
Must have BASIS general membership.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the firm shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh (Along with Bank statement certificate).
