2. Tenderer only from Bangladesh can participate to the tender. 3. Tenderer must need to submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate. 4. Payment will be made after availability of fund. 5. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender data sheet and PPR-2008. 6. Tenderer must need to be submitted line of credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is attached n the general section of this tender. 7. Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) only is considered for turnover calculation. 8. Tender evaluation will be conducted only by the basis of uploaded documents of tenderer. 9. Contractor must need to take still pictures and video before starting the work and after completion of work byhis/ her own cost. These still pictures and videos need to enclose with the bill of work. 10. Work order will be issued afted getting land / permission from the competent authority. |

| TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria-- | The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 61.73 lakh (Taka Sixty-One Point Seven Three Lakh) lakh only. Similar Works mean construction of Construction/Re-Sectioning/ Repair of embankment/dyke/cross dam/closure/earthen road/ flood bypass, earth work in road construction. |

| TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria-- | The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 0.70 Lakh (Taka Zero Point Seven lakh) only over the last 5(five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 37.04 lakh (Taka Thirty-Seven Point Zero Four Lakh) lakh only. Strictly, Credit Commitment (s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of this Tender, will be accepted. The Credit line format is uploaded in section-8 |
