1 This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderers. 2 Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. 3 Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh. 4 Tenderers may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals, or company invited to take part in public procurement or seeking to be so invited or submitting a Tender in response to an Invitation for Tenders. 5 Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 6 Tenderers and all parties constituting the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest. 7 Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices as stated under ITT Clause 3.2. 8 Tenderers are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement on grounds of poor performance in the past under any Contract. 9 Tenderers shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 24 CORE OVER HEAD OPTICAL FIBER CABLE FROM BSCCL LANDING STATION AT KUAKATA TO PGCB STATION AT PATUAKHALI ON TURN-KEY BASIS.
Bidder will perform a survey and design the route of OFC by using the BPDB and REB electric pole where necessary. All the necessary accessories and item must be focused in the survey report. ADSS OFC will supply by BTCL. BTCL will arrange permission to do work in the bridges and roads if necessary.
