Manufacturer’s authorization letter in favor of bidder 6. Details Specifications mentioned in the Technical Schedule. 7. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis must be submitted with the Technical offer. Technical Scrutiny will be done on the basis of submitted Certificate of Analysis. (Analysis Certificate will include Name & Designation of the Chemist and Certificate date should not be 15 (Fifteen) days older than tender date.) 8. Delivery period: 30 days from the date of issuence of Purchase Order. 9. Brand, Type, Model and Country of Origin must be mentioned in the Technical offer. 10. Successful bidder must supply full quantity included in the Lot, failing which full Performance Security will be forfeited.
