22.1(m).1. The Tenderer must hold a valid Trade License, renewed for the period of submission of Tender
22.1(m).2. It must possess E-TIN given by the Income Tax department under the National Board of Revenue.
22.1(m).3. The Tenderer must have Income tax certificate (Assessment year 2021-22 or Updated) as proof of payment of income tax.
22.1(m).4. The Tenderer or authorized signatory must have National ID card.
22.1(m).5. The Tenderer must have VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), issued by the VAT department under the National Board of Revenue
22.1(m).6. If it is a limited company registered with the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies, it must possess Company Certificate of Incorporation.
22.1(m).7. Proof of the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Two crore Ninety Lakh (BDT 2,90,00,000) for last one year up to the date of submission of the tender in the form of Liquid Asset/ Working capital/ Bank Credit facility certificate.
22.1(m).8. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the minimum last 03 (three)years.

22.1(m).09. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as Supplier of similar IT products in a single work order with completion certificate of a value of at least BDT. 2,90,00,000 (Two Crore Ninety lakh). within the last three(3) years also.
