Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10(ten) years of general experience in construction works. 2. Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of Supply and Erection of Aluminum/Metal structural Dome in in a single contract worth not less than TK.2900.00 (Two thousand Nine Hundred) Lac in Government/SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (ten) years. 3. The tenderer must submit authorization letter from both the outer and inner dome manufacturer. 4. The Tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction turnover amounting TK. 6000.00 (Six Thousand) Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector over the last 05 (five) years. 5. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 4600.00 (Four Thousand Six Hundred) Lac form credit commitment Form PW3A-7 (Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit) shall be used without alteration of standard text. 6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 4400.00 (Four Thousand Four Hundred) Lac. 7. Up-to-dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, VAT Registration certificate, Up-to-date ABC category Contractor & Supervisory License issued Electrical Licensing Board, GoB. 8. The tenderer must submit authorization letter from both the outer and inner dome manufacturer. 2. Bidder shall submit the technical proposal with Manufacturer's documents duly signed and sealed as proof of asked eligibility of criteria. 3. Manufacturer shall be from USA/Canada/Japan/EU counties. 4. The dome manufacturer shall submit the company profile and catalougue having detailed address of the factory, Telephone no., Website, e-mail adress etc. 5. The manufacturer shall have minimum 15 years experience of manufacturing, supply and erection of Aluminium Dome in any countries of the world. 6. For Outer dome: The manufacturer shall have the experience of minimum 3 nos. of successful completion of Aluminium/Metal Structural Dome including at least 1 (one) Geodesic Aluminium Dome within last 15 years in any countries of the world. 7. For Inner dome: The manufacturer shall have the experience of minimum 3 nos. of successful completion of Aluminium Inner Projection Dome within last 15 years in any countries of the world. 8. The manufacturer shall give the assurance to supply the spare parts of the Inner and Outer dome for minimum 20 years, if necessary. 9. Country of manufacture and shipment shall be same as origin.
