| TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (60 months) years of general experience in supply of goods and related service.
(b) The Minimun Specific Experience of Tenderer in Supply of Similar Goods of at least BDT 18.0 (Eighteen) Crore under maximum 3 contracts in last 7 (84 months) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.
(Similar Goods means: 100 KVA or higher KVA rating of same voltage class of Three Phase 11/0.415 KV Distribution Transformer).
(c) If Any Bidder/Manufacturer have Past Contract Termination/ Cancellation history in NESCO, then the bid of Concern Bidder/Manufacturer will not be allowed & Treated as Non-Responsive.
(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 3 times of tendered quantity per year. |

(c) If Any Bidder/Manufacturer have Past Contract Termination/ Cancellation history in NESCO, then the bid of Concern Bidder/Manufacturer will not be allowed & Treated as Non-Responsive.

| TDS/PDS--D. Tender Preparation--
|
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Certificate of Incorporation, Bank Solvency Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate/TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, Up to date Trade license in its country of origin.
2. Audited Financial reports for last three years.
3. Compliance certificate confirming to the terms and conditions of the tender document.
4. Name of the Manufacturer, Certificate of the country of Origin and port of shipment (where applicable) of the offered items.
5. Warranty Certificate of Tenderer as per GCC 33.
6. List of Goods and Delivery schedule as stated in price and delivery schedule.
7. Manufacturer’s Printed Catalogue describing specification and detail technical data of offered type equipment.
8. Outline and General Arrangement drawings of the offered type equipment.
9. Detail description of testing facilities at manufacturer’s plant including calibration certificates of testing equipment.
10. Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) attached in Section 6 (Drawing) shall be properly filled up in tenderer’s official pad with submission of related supporting documents & signed by both the Manufacturer & Tenderer.
11. At leaset 01 (one) nos. of Manufacturer's Supply Record from Electricity utility as End User for 200 KVA or higher KVA rating of same voltage class of Three Phase Distribution 11/0.415 KV Transformer within the last 7 (Seven) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system] (The supply record covering 25% of the tendered quantity in a single Contract will be considered only).
12. At Least 01 (One) nos. of Satisfactory Performance Certificate from Electricity utility as End User for 200 KVA or higher KVA rating of same voltage class of Three Phase 11/0.415 KV Distribution Transformer within the last 7 (Seven) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system]. The Satisfactory Performance certificate should be in End User's letterhead Pad in English stating at least one year satisfactory operation from the date of installation of the said transformer and shall contain end-user's full mailing address/ e-mail address, website address/fax and phone no for convenience of authentication.
Note: Electricity Utility means an organization/company that engages in electricity generation/transmission / distribution of electricity for sale in a regulated market.
13. Type test & Special test report as per Technical Specification (Section 6) for similar KVA (250 KVA) rating of same voltage class of offered type Distribution Transformer from an Independent testing laboratory [any short-circuit testing liaison (STL) Member Testing Organization or Laboratory mentioned in http://www.stl liaison.org/web/03_Members.php] as per IEC 60076. All Type Test & Special test shall be done on the same transformer (having same serial number) from Under an Independent testing laboratory [any short-circuit testing liaison (STL) Member Testing Organization or Laboratory mentioned in http://www.stl liaison.org/web/03_Members.php]
14. Detail cross sectional drawing of the offered equipment showing dimension & identification name.
Note: If required, Purchaser will authenticate Type Test Certificates & Reports from the Certificates & Reports issuing laboratory. The certificates and Reports shall contain laboratory’s full mailing address, e-mail address, website address and fax/telephone number for the convenience of authentication. |
