1. Up to date TIN certificate

2. Valid VAT registration certificate

3. Up to date valid Trade licence

4. Authorization letter of authorized person

5. Similar working experiance certificate

6. Up to date licence of carrying and storage of fuel from directorate of explosive.

7. Documentery evidence of annual construction turnover.

8. NID of authorized person

Note 1. Non fulfilment of above requirement shell lead to rejection of Tender.
