All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below : a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 1,10,00,000/- under single contract over a period of last 5 years within Govt./ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Organization shall be required. Otherwise the tender will be rejected. c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,10,00,000/- [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number, tender ID and reference number should be considered for evaluation.] Otherwise tender will be rejected. .
and d) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements of the terms & conditions described in the Tender Document [i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract & Technical Specifications (Form e-PG3-4)] . In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
