The Tenderer must submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) The Tenderer must be a manufacturer. Manufacturing authorization letter is not acceptable
b) The Tenderer must submit last 5 (Five) year (upto fiscal year 2021-22) Audit Report with the Tender
c) The Tenderer must submit original catalogue/brochures with the Tender
d) Valid membership certificate of Chamber of Commerce and Industries or any certificate from registered similar business association
e) The Tenderer must submit Affidavit of Ownership/ Incorporation Certificate of the firm with the Tender
f) Up to date Trade License of 2022-2023 (Mentioning Manufacturer of Furniture)
g) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
h) VAT(BIN) Registration Certificate
i) Company Profile
j) If necessary 2 or 3 lowest evaluated bidder's factory will be visited by PE's nominated person(s)/team. All expenses of such visit will be incurred to bidders concerned
k) Sample product must be as per specifications and submitted to be as per PE's instruction. If any confusion arise PE's decision will be final
l) Tenderer must submit relevant and logical rate analysis sheet with the tender
m) Valid Factory Insurance Certificate
n) Environment clearance certificate for factory
o) Service center/showroom in respective District/Divisional headquarter(s)
p) Tenderer must be submitted their own manufacturing plant with automated seasoning plant and lacquer certificate
q) Certificate confirming that offered items are unused, new and in good condition as well as conformed all features and accessories
r) Notarized declaration of not being black-listed in eGP system
s) Notarized declaration of not being engaged in/any arbitration
t) Commitment of supplying products with identification mark including project name, package with durable adhesive sticker. Sample will be supplied by the PE after signing contract
u) To ensure quality and on time distribution of goods to delivery points, a Tenderer will not be awarded more than o2(two) packages among GD-39A, GD-39B, GD-39C, GD-39D, GD-39E, GD-39F and GD-39G
v) Bidder(s) who will submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost, will not acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis***
