Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in Carrying of SPC Pole/Electrical Materials/Equipment. (b) Bidders must Complete at least one contract in Carrying of SPC Pole/Electrical Materials/Equipment within last 5 (Five) years in NESCO/BPDB/DPDC/DESCO/WZPDCL/BREB with a value of at least Tk 44.00 Lakh. *(c)* Minimum average annual construction turn over should be TK 52.00 lakh for this Tender over the period of last 3 (three) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 32.00 Lakh. (e) The minimum capacity shall be BDT 45.00 Lakh. (f) More than 10 percent below or above quoted price submitted by the tenderers of official cost estimate shall be rejected & other conditions as per tender document.
