Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works/STP Installation works. b) The minimum specific experience as Construction, Supply, Installation and commissioning of Sewerage Treatment Plant at least 2 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 320.00 (Three hundred Twenty) lakh each in any Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous /Private Organization of Bangladesh. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting BDT 1800.00 (One Thousand Eight Hundred) Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public/private sector during last 05 (Five) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting BDT 300.00 (Three Hundred ) Lakh. Documents submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW3-7). Otherwise, the tender will be Non-Responsive. e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer should be BDT 450.00 (Four hundred Fifty) Lakh. f) Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical supervisory Licences, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade Licence. g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 of tender Document. h) Minimum 70 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender Data Sheet (Section-D).
