Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. 2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements. a) A minimum general construction experience of 10(Ten) years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in road construction works of at least 01(One) contract with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 Crore and minimum 450.00 Cum. of Dense Bituminous surfacing-wearing work, minimum 1500.00 Cum of Agreegate Base Type-1 & minimum 55000.00 Cum. of Earth work successfully completed in a single contract within the last 05(Five) years. c) The Annual Average construction Turnover shall be of Taka 25.00 crore over last 5 years. d) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 5.00 crore is required. f) Tenderer will submit Itemwise Rate Analysis with the tender. g) Asphalt Continuous Mixing (Drum)/Asphalt batching plant must be used for DBS Wearing Course, if the tenderer(s) do not have their own Asphalt Continuous Mixing (Drum)/Asphalt batching plant they must hire or lease it from any source and in that case the tenderer(s) must submit the contractual agreement of hire/lease in non-juditial stamp of tk. 300.00 affidavit by the notary public with the Tender . Also the document of ownership of plant (incase of hiring/owner) must be submitted with the tender. All other criteria stated in the TDS. h) Requirements for Lead Partner of JVCA shall be At least one Contract having 100% of required value and quantity or works mentioned in 2 b). and Requirements for other Partner(s) of JVCA shall be At least one Contract of road work having minimum value of Tk. 1.50 Crore and minimu150.00 Cum. of Dense Bituminous Surfacing wearing course work minimum 400.00 Cum of Agreegate Base Type-1 & minimum 14000.00 Cum. of Earth work.
