4. Delivery, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Attendance Devices, UPS, Router with all Accessories.

N.B. Accessories:CAT-6 UTP Cable, Power Cable, UPS and Router Box, PVC Pipe, Channel & Related all Accessories shall be as per the number of the final contracted devices.

A. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter for the devices of the access control system is not required. The devices shall be authenticated from the manufacturer at the inspection period. All responsibilities related to the authentication process of the devices, maintenance during warranty period and any other obligations regarding access control system shall be borne by the tenderer/supplier.

B. SL No. 2 (Server Setup and Configuration of the attendance devices, servers and software’s) and SL No.3 (Access control setup in glass doors) describing in point 6. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) attached in Section 6 (Drawings) shall be omitted.
