1. As described in the tender document.

2. Any firm who have a satisfactory completion (successfully completed) of similar works (Operation/ Maintenance/Development works of Cathodic Protection System) of at least Tk. 90.50 (Ninety Point Five Zero) lac under a single or two numbers of contract(s) over a period of the last 10 (Ten) years.

3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 36.00 (Thirty-Six) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years.

4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.50 (Thirty Point Five Zero) Lac.

5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 128.00 (One Hundred Twenty-Eight) Lac.

6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

a. Valid Trade License.

b. Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.

c. VAT Registration.

d. TIN certificate

7. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.

8. No Joint Venture (JV) shall be permissible under this Invitation for Tenders. Tenders submitted in the form of JV shall be considered non-responsive.

9. Tenderer must fulfill all the requirements regarding manpower and equipment specified in Particular & General Specification of the Tender Documents
