i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5(five) years.

ii) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in at least 1 (One) contract of high-pressure Gas Pipeline Construction/Maintenance/Case road crossing/rail crossing/river crossing works with a value of at least BDT 88.00 (Eighty eight) Lac that have been successfully Completed and that are similar to the proposed works and services complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section-7 & 8 ((Employer’s Requirements) within the last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. As evidence, whereof the tenderer must submit the completion certificate issued by the client. The tenderer must have valid enlisted certificate under category 1.4 with petrobangla or any company of petrobangla.

iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80.00(Taka Eighty) lac over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (Five) years, Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

iv)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer from any Scheduled Bank shall be Tk 1,50,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Fifty lac).

v) The minimum capacity shall be Tk 1,20,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Twenty lac).
 

Transportation of necessary casing pipe materials, Preparation of work site, Cleaning and wrapping of fabricated portion of pipelines, Fabrication/construction of Split Casing, Application of primer on casing pipe (Bare), Making Casing & Carrier pipe Electrical shortness test, Construction of necessary civil works, Back filling and reinstatement of Right of Way (ROW), Mobilization and De-mobilization of Contractor's Equipment & Manpower, Return of surplus materials to GTCL Ware house/Store, Dismantling & removal of constructed earthen dam including ballah, drum sheet & other ancillary items including all necessary safety arrangements, carrying the debries to a safe distance etc.
