(i) The maximum 2 (two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of last 5(five) years.(ii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods generator or medical equipment and related services.(iii) The Tenderer (in case of JV, each partner) should have at least five (5) years of general experience in supplying generator, medical equipment goods(i.e. years counting backward from the date of IFT publication). (iv)The tenderer will at-least have experience of supplying similar goods (generator 10KVA, 20KVA, 50KVA, etc.) having value mentioned below in not more than two contracts, within the last five (5) years (i.e. years counting backward from the date of IFT publication): BDT. 4,80,000.00. (v) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is: BDT. 4,80,000.00; Credit facility certificate issued by the financial institution in favour of the tenderer should mention the IFT number including package name, otherwise the certificate will not be accepted. In case of joint venture, all parties combined must meet the financial requirement stipulated in mentioned above. While, each partner to the joint venture must meet at least 25% of the financial requirements as mentioned above.
