Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Valid Trade License, Valid TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate. 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One crore) over the last 3 years. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45,00,000.00 (Forty five lakh). Documentary evidence for liquid assets issued any scheduled Bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for tender submission. 4. The minimum specific experience in satisfactory completion of similar (minimum 6 cum/hr red category ETP) works of at least Tk 58,00,000.00 (Fifty eight lakh) under single contract over a period of last 3 years shall be required. Completion certificate issued only by any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization or Owner of renowned private organization will acceptable. 5. Other qualifications as mentioned in the Tender document.
