Special Instruction

If the tenderer submits any false / incorrect or forged certificate, the tender security may be forfeited.

If it is not possible to receive / open the tender on the schedule date at the same time & same venue.

Rate must be quoted both in figures & in words for each item up to three digits beyond the decimal points.

The procuring entity reserves the right to accpt or reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত গেজেট অনুযায়ী পিপিএ-২০০৬ সনের ২৪নং আইনের ৩ এর সংশোধন অনুসারে " উম্মুক্ত দরপত্র পদ্ধতির অধীন অভ্যন্তরীণ কার্যক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে কোন দরপত্রদাতা কর্তৃক দরপত্রে দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় (Official cost estimate) ১০% (শতকরা দশ ভাগ) এর অধিক কম বা বেশী দর উদ্ধৃত করা হইলে উক্ত দরপত্র বাতিল বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে।"

উপ-ধারা (৩)এ উল্লেখিত দরপত্র মূল্য সমতার ক্ষেত্রে বিধি ধারা নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতিতে মূল্যায়ন ও কৃতকার্য দরদাতা নির্বাচন করিতে হইবে, কিন্তু লটারীর মাধ্যমে কৃতকার্য দরদাতা নির্বাচন করা যাইবে না।

প্রচলিত পদ্ধতি : পিপিআর - ২০০৮ বিধি (৯৮) এর উপবিধি (৩১) অনুসারে " ব্যতিক্রমী পরিস্থিতিতে সর্বনিম্ন মূল্যায়িত দরের সমতার ক্ষেত্রে যে দরপত্রদাতার ক্রয়কারীর অধীন অতীত কার্য সম্পাদনের মান উৎকৃষ্টতর তাহাকে নির্বাচন করিতে হইবে এবং সেই ক্ষেত্রে পন্য সরবরাহের মেয়াদ, সরবরাহকৃত পণ্য বা সম্পাদিত কার্যের গুনগতমান, অভিযোগ সংক্রান্ত ইতিহাস ও কার্য সম্পাদনের নির্ণায়ক সমূহ বিবেচ্য হইবে।"
