Eligibility of Tenderer :	"1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.130.00 lakh under 01 contract (Bridge Work) over a period of last five years shall be required (not before FY:2011-12 ). 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 220.00 lakh last five years (not before FY:2011-12 ). 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 55.00 lakh only. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 140.00 Lac 6. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments ( A Sample Format attached and upload in Particular Specifications). 7. Tenderer must be submitted relevant document. 8. Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected
