1. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of Survey Works completed successfully of at least Tk 3.50 (Three point five zero) Lakh under 01 (One) of contract over a period of 5 (Five) years shall be required. 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.00 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.00 Lakh. For credit certificate from bank Tender ID No, specific pacakage/Lot No. addressed to the EE must be shown in the certificate and to be issued within 23-02-2023 to 12-03-2023. 4. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition. 5. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained. 6. All tenderers are requested to fill the necessary forms accurately (especially e-PW2-3 (A) and e-PW2-3(B)) and the PE shall consider work completion certificates for the last 05 years from the IFT publication date only for calculation of general experiences, specific experiences, tender capacity and evaluation of the tenders. 7. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders/Proposals.
