All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in theTender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered: 1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS. 2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented or leased), personnel list etc.) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time. 3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail. 4. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC. 5. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (Ten percent) less or above than the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates.
* The tenderers shall have their own Asphalt Batching Plant. If the tenderers do not have their own Asphalt Batching Plant they may hire it from any other source; But then the tenderers have to submit the contractual agreement to hire or lease of the Asphalt Batching Plant in non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300 affidavit by the notary public.The tender name and tender ID must be mentioned in the hire or lease agreement. * The Procuring Entity may visit the plant during evaluation process to verify the location and condition of the plant.
