Manufacturer’s authorization is: Manufacturer’s authorization certificate by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) / main distributor of the offered goods . If authorization certificate is issued by the main distributor, the copy of distributorship agrrement / license / certificate shall have to submit by tenderer  . TEC will verify the authorization certificate from Manufacturer . Manufacturer must confirm the authorization certificate within 7 working days that they issued the same . Otherwise the bid be considered non- responsive.

Copies of Technical Literature/ Technical data , Brochure / Catalouge of the offered goods must be submitted along with the bid.

All equipment must be brand new ,this must be  declared by manufacture in this manufacture authorization . Referbished  equipment not accptable .Year of manufacture All equipment must be  not before 2022 . Year of manufacture must be declared in manufacture authorization ,otherwise bid non responsive .

Warranty: Five years comprehensive warranty (including all spare parts) at cost of biddder/ supplier , this must be declared by manufacture / Distributor  in this  authorization . 

 Unclear or overwriting document will not be accepted.

PSI cost according to specification wll be borne by bidder ,if PSI will not be  possible for any reason 0 .75% of offer price  by bidder of the item will deducted from final bill . Other services like installation , site preparation ,training of staffs of any item will borne by bidder.
