Eligibility of Tenderer :	a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded: (1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System; (2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk 1,20,000.00 One lakh Twenty Thousand under 2 contracts in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System; (Noa,Contract deed.work order completion certificate must be submitted) in the last 3 years. (3)Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Taka 1,40,000.00 One lakh Fourty Thousands[Form PG3-8/ PG2-5]; (4) The amount of the tender security shaii be Tk.5,000/-(Five Thousands) (5) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier; (6) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate; (7) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate; (8) Sample [200 gm. UnnotamanerCholar Dal] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
