1. All Tenderers providing their up-to-date trade licenses, vat registration certificate, and Income tax payment certificates (with TIN) may submit their tenders.

2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,00,000/- (Three Lac Only) over the last 05 (Five) years.

3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 2,00,000/- (Two Lac only).
