| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter, Updated Acid License and Acid carrying license.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have precursor chemical/ similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar Acid supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000mL sample of H2SO4 before 28/03/2023, 11.30 in office of the Chief chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfil the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
10. Tenderer will have to submit specific experience and along with price schedule otherwise if it is not clear by the submitted specific experience certificate, the tender will be non responsive.
11. If supplied sulfuric acid percentage becomes lower than than the required value, the shipment can be cancelled or deduct the price from the bill accordingly, in this regurd no argument will be accepted. The unit price is based on the 98% of the product, in any case, if supplied product percentage increases the tenderer will not get any benifit or no claim will be accepted.
