Eligibility of Tenderer :	Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualifications may participate in this tender. (a) Tenders from all eligible countries. b) The minimum specific experience (only public fund ) as prime contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 years each with a value of at least Tk.100.00 (One Hundred) Lac (c) The required average annual construction turnover (only public fund) shall be greater than Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lac over the best 5(five) years over the last 10 (Ten) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities of credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk Tk 50.00 (Fifty) lac - Banking instrument, statement of credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier then 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders form this contract.
