The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20 lakh over the last 5 years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 13 lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit. 5. Tender Capacity Tk 17 Lakh.
