a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), 5 (Five) years over all production and 3 (Three) years specific experience in supplying 250 mm dia uPVC pipe and moulded fittings in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. (Details describes in TDS)
b) Factory test report have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item [i.e. 1m uPVC pipe x 2 piece, T-joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1 piece (3.3 meter), End cap 1 piece & 100mm dia Fita pipe (1 piece)] in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.

d) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents. 
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.

ii) Factory test reports has to be submitted with the supplied goods.

iii) Tenderer must have updated trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
iv) Considering the production capacity TEC will determine the number of lots which would be awarded to the bidder if more than one lots become responsive and evaluated lowest.
v) Laboratory test report (BUET/RUET) of 250mm, SDR-65 uPVC pipe must be submitted with tender document.
vi) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe x 2 piece, T-joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1 piece (3.3 meter), End cap( 1 piece) & 100mm(1 piece) dia. Fita pipe in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.

vii) Pre-award inspection may be conducted by BMDA Nominated Inspection Committee.

viii) The satisfactory completion on similar goods (uPVC pipes) of minimum under a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years is 2.00 crore.
 

The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 4.00 crore under maximum 4 contracts in the last 5 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 crore.
