2. The tenderer should have up to date income tax certificate (TIN).
3. The tenderer should have up to date income tax Paid certificate or Slip.
4. The tenderer should have VAT registration certificate.
5. The tenderer should have national ID.
6. The tenderer should have at least 3 (Three) years general experience as supplier of Chemicals.
