Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works shall be five (05) years. 02. A satisfactory completion of same nature of works with interior design under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous /Sector Corporation organization amounting not less than taka thirty five lac (35,00,000/-) only as a prime contractor in a single contract/ work order within last three (03) years shall be required. 03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least taka seventy lac (70,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years. 04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka thirty five lac (35,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7). 05. The Tenderers whose trade license valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender. 06. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. 07. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 08. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender. 09. The tenderer shall have a Civil Engineer with membership of IEB . 10.The tenderer shall have a Diploma Civil Engineer with at least three years’ experience in civil construction work. 11.
